Xcoal signs up for CargoDocs to digitize its export documentation processes

Xcoal Energy & Resources, a leading Coal marketing and logistics provider, has selected CargoDocs to digitize and streamline the creation, control and electronic transfer of its trade documents – including Bills of Lading.
The US-headquartered Company will rollout CargoDocs DocPrep to collaboratively create, review and approve paper and electronic documents, CargoDocs DocEx to electronically sign and legally transfer title documents across its supply chain, including ePresentation to its Banks under letter of credit transactions.

CargoDocs will initially be rolled out to three Xcoal export locations in the US, with plans to expand to additional sites in the future including Australia, India, Singapore, numerous locations in Europe.
The US Coal supplier joins a growing number of Metals & Minerals companies using CargoDocs to digitize global exports
