End of Support for Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9
As you will no doubt be aware, security is a key concern at essDOCS. One way of maximizing security is ensuring that our customers access essDOCS’ solutions through more recent browser versions.
When looking at ending support for a browser, we look at both security concerns and customer utilization. We are now at a point where utilization for IE 7, 8 and 9 is less than 1% and the security concerns are sufficient to warrant us moving away from these browser versions. In this context, please note that, since 1 January 2016, Microsoft has stopped support for older versions of its browsers, and does not provide security updates for them.
As such, we will end support for IE 7, 8 and 9 as of 30 September 2017.
Please note that we will continue to support: (i) Internet Explorer 10 and above; (ii) Firefox latest version; and (iii) Chrome latest version.
Please contact our Product Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) if this discontinuance does not fit with your company’s browser support lifecycle, and will cause serious problems.
