essDOCS expansion continues with a new office in Houston, Texas, USA


New essDOCS office in Houston serves customers in the United States, Canada, and Latin America

VALETTA, MALTA, 24 August 2012. essDOCS (essDOCS), the leading shipping and trade eDocs provider, announced today that it has expanded its presence in the Americas with the opening of a new office in Houston, Texas, USA.

The opening of the Houston office enhances essDOCS ability to manage and support customers involved in any shipping segments, i.e., tankers, bulkers and containers across the US, Canada and Latin America.

Alexander Goulandris, Chief Executive Officer of essDOCS said:

The new office is located in the Greenway Plaza campus between the Galleria area and downtown Houston.

The office will be managed by Luis A. Del Aguila, Account Manager for the Americas Region. Luis joins Bevan Davies, Service Delivery Manager who was tasked with establishing essDOCS presence in the Americas. Prior to joining essDOCS, Luis worked for Deloitte providing services to the Oil & Gas industry in the areas of bulk commodities trading and maritime transportation. He also worked for a global petrochemical trading company in the areas of logistics and operations, and for a global corporation in the consumer products industry in charge of the consumer electronics business unit and quality audits of photofinishing processes. Luis holds an MBA degree with concentration in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
