KEB Hana Bank, the leading Korean banking group, recently announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ICE Digital Trade. The MoU facilitates a collaboration between the two parties, whereby ICE Digital Trade will support KEB Hana Bank’s adoption of ICE CargoDocs.

The ICE CargoDocs solution will enable KEB Hana Bank and its corporate customers to digitalize their trade finance documentation processes through the paperless exchange and presentation of eDocs – including electronic Bills of Lading (eBLs) – providing a fast and secure means for digitalizing transactions under Letters of Credit, while reducing fraud risk and improving compliance.

We look forward to continuing our close cooperation with the KEB Hana Bank team and assisting the bank and its customers on their journey to digital trade.
