CargoDocs is now live in the Philippines, following the first ever use of CargoDocs electronic Bills of Lading for a shipment out of the Southeast Asian nation.

The trade was executed earlier this week by a major essDOCS Agri customer, involving Palm Oil cargo transported via tanker from General Santos City, Philippines to Rotterdam, Netherlands.

The shipment also marks yet another key essDOCS milestone, being the first ever use of CargoDocs for Palm Oil trade.

The Philippines now join a growing number of countries where our electronic Bill of Lading solution is used in tanker, bulker and containerized Agri trades, following previous and ongoing CargoDocs Agri shipments ex-Asia Pacific, Americas, Australia and Europe.

In addition, the trade was successfully executed using our CargoDocs Collaborative Drafting tool, which improved visibility throughout the process and substantially reduced time spent approving documents.
