essDOCS Trade Finance solutions featured in Reuters, CNBC, Yahoo Finance & more

News of our customers’ use of CargoDocs for Trade Finance is spreading across prominent mainstream media outlets as more commodities traders and banks turn to paperless trade.
A recent Reuters article by Jonathan Saul titled “Commodities trade finance goes electronic after centuries of paper” features coverage of the first ever CargoDocs BPO+ transaction, as well as insights on digital trade finance from our very own Alexander Goulandris, essDOCS customers Cargill and Impala, solution partners SWIFT and more.
Most notably, since the launch of CargoDocs BPO+ and with increased uptake of eDocs particularly in the agri and metals sectors, mainstream financial media outlets are also taking note – with CNBC and Yahoo Finance providing coverage of the same story, in addition to numerous commodity-specific and segment-specific publications.
With digital trade finance gaining increasing traction globally, we anticipate that the industry’s shift to paperless will play an even more significant role in trade & finance discussions going forward, as we move closer to an inevitable ‘tipping point’ for global paperless trade.
