Marina Comninos, essDOCS COO & General Counsel, recently participated in a panel at The Transport & Logisitcs Conference in Lucerne organized by the Swiss Shippers' Council and Universität Luzern. The panel topic was the 'Role and Function of Bills of Lading in Transport & Logistics,' and Ms. Comninos' talk covered the adoption hurdles and operational benefits associated with paperless operations.

Joining her on the panel were Prof. Dr. Alexander von Ziegler, a partner at Schellenberg Wittmer, Andre Moosman Director Trade Finance at UBS, and Pottengal Mukundan Director/CEO of ICC Commercial Crime Services.
