We are currently in the process of expanding our Sales Team and are looking for an intelligent, passionate, hard-working self-starter to join the Athens office. In your role as Sales Associate, you will be working closely with our CEO & CMO to accelerate essDOCS' sales efforts across the globe, also providing crucial support in expanding our strategic/enterprise-level sales.

Our company is growing at a phenomenal rate and you, as an extremely competent salesperson, will play an instrumental part in essDOCS’ growth.

Day-to-Day Role

  • Manage an existing sales pipeline by actively engaging with qualified leads to progress opportunities through the sales funnel 
  • Build and develop a sales pipeline of new opportunities, working closely with the essDOCS Marketing Team to research accounts and identify key players 
  • Support CEO and CMO in Strategic/Enterprise-level sales 
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls & emails, subsequently qualifying opportunities for Sales 
  • Schedule and execute frequent calls with relevant sales contacts to ensure engagement with qualified pipeline opportunities 
  • Perform effective online presentations and system demos to prospects
  • Research and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Ensure accurate upkeep and record-keeping of essDOCS CRM, maintaining and expanding your database of prospects 
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets

The Candidate

  • Excellent English listening, verbal, and written skills; additional languages a plus
  • Excellent remote presentation and telephone skills required for Inside Sales
  • 3-5 years work experience in relevant discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues and customers across the globe
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ambitious, quick learning, passionate self-starter who is looking for a new challenge

Junior Application Support Analyst

Reports to: SVP Operations & Security and Support Team Lead

Location: Athens, Greece

Salary: Market salary based on experience

Availability: Immediate

essDOCS is a dynamic, emerging growth company looking for a Junior Application Support Analyst to join our Application Support Team in supporting and maintaining a ground-breaking solution eliminating paper from the ocean as well as inland shipping and commodity trading industries. Your role will be to assist in meeting customer and internal SLA’s through the provision of support and maintenance of essDOCS suite of applications.

Main Purpose of the Role

To work within a fully functional application support team through helping to implement and maintain support of a hosted document management and exchange system. The key objectives will be to: 

  • Play an active role in a small team of essDOCS support staff in the provision of 1st line client support
  • Ensure that SLAs are maintained, and tasks are carried out according to defined process

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • 1st line support for all essDOCS applications
  • Provide initial point of contact for application support (call logging) 
  • Customer onboarding and initial setup 
  • User account management  
  • General administration
  • Provide cover for Customer Success Team as and when needed

Essential Requirements

  • 2 years’ minumum experience working in a customer-facing environment; any helpdesk experience highly advantageous  
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-disciplined and focussed with good time-management and multi-tasking skills  
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Eager to learn and develop
