CargoDocs™ Services

ESS’s CargoDocs™ enable parties involved in international trade to manage the documentation required to ship and trade waterborne cargoes electronically, such as original Bills of Lading, Certificates of Quality and Quantity, Certificates of Origin, etc.

CargoDocs™ is separated into various Services enabling relevant participants to undertake their job. These include:

• CargoDocs™ Terminal Services - enable terminals and refineries to Create, Review, Sign and Issue eDocs
• CargoDocs™ Carrier Services - enable shipowners and operators to Review, Sign, Issue, manage amendments as well as Production of eB/Ls
• CargoDocs™ Exchange Services - enable cargo owners such as importers, exporters and commodity traders as well as banks to transact eDocs
• CargoDocs™ Agency Services - enable ship's agents to act on behalf of a Carrier
• CargoDocs™ Surveyor Services - enable independent cargo surveyors to create electronic cargo document as well as Review and counter-Sign other eDocs
• CargoDocs™ Customs Services - enable customs to Receive eDocs for import purposes

All Services are provided via ESS’s secure online eDocs Exchange, the ESS-Databridge™.
