ESS’s Product Team works on developing a disruptive technological solution for the shipping and trading industries. Software Product Managers are responsible for every phase of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, managing the design and development of the solution, as well as its documentation, release, and delivery. Software Product Managers work not only with the development team, but also spend a great deal of time working with customers as well as the Accounts Team to ensure that the product is delivered on time and in compliance with well researched and well defined requirements.

Energy Delivery - Account Manager
ESS
is seeking for an Account Manager to work in its Energy Department.
This individual must be a self-starter with excellent communications,
analytical and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be
responsible for managing key ESS Energy (Oil and Gas) customers.
Customer management includes ensuring that ESS solutions continue to
surpass customer expectations. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s
degree and be interested in both software solutions and the maritime / Oil
and Gas industry.
The role includes Account Management and a project
management element, when key customers are trained and supported
through initial solution trials. Over time, you will be asked to engage
with customers prior to sales being completed. Your goal, along with
the rest of the company, is to ensure customer satisfaction.

is seeking a detail-oriented project manager who can hit the ground
running to support our expansion into the global liner trades. We are
seeking an individual familiar with the management of documentation in
the liner shipping sector and its relationship to physical container
movements. Day-to-day experience in this market including team/project
leadership and managing customer relationships will be considered a distinct
advantage.
