Adopting eDocs

ESS has developed a streamlined process for adopting eDocs, and the ESS Delivery Team can help you figure out your first step. Whether joining a rollout ESS will be able to get you started quickly with low onboarding costs and experienced staff who understand your existing paper processes and operations scenarios.

We also have extensive experience interfacing with standard change management and IT process protocols to ensure an effective delivery of the service throughout your organization if needed.

CargoDocs™ Onboarding

The time required for CargoDocs™ onboarding varies depending on the User type, generally ranging from a few days to two weeks. In this time, the ESS Delivery Team will work with you to analyze your CargoDocs™ needs, configure your user accounts, and conduct training and supporting your Users during a 1-2 week familiarization period before ultimately go live. 

eSDS™ Onboarding

For eSDS™, the onboarding process can be completed in one day. Similar to CargoDocs™, onboarding consists of analyzing your eSDS™ requirements, configuring the ESS-Databridge™ with your required CAS numbers and other company specific information, and then training your Users.
