Customer Success Manager

Location: essDOCS Athens Office with international travel

Salary: Market salary based on experience

Availability: Immediate

Reports to: SVP Customer Success

The Role

essDOCS is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager. The successful candidate will be an intelligent, intuitive, passionate, hardworking self-starter based out of our Athens office.

This role will be in the Customer Success Team, who owns Customer relationships from the moment a Sale is concluded or a Trial is agreed. The team is responsible for (i) ensuring successful Adoption, User Engagement and Retention; (ii) ensuring Customers recognize and maximize the value they derive from using CargoDocs; and (iii) developing and implementing strategies for maximising CargoDocs transactions across all our Solutions.

The Team’s goal is to drive usage and adoption, increase loyalty and retention and be the customer’s advocate within essDOCS.

Day-to-Day

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients: Take complete handover of Customer as soon as Sale is concluded and manage Customer throughout their lifecycle  
  • Agree & Implement Rollout Plans with assigned customers in consultation with SVP Customer Success and assist the Customer in achieving agreed goals 
  • Maximise transactions and ensure retention and satisfaction for assigned customers
  • Identify opportunities to improve or highlight customer value and liaise with Marketing to document customer success stories
  • Identify upsell opportunities and connect Customer to relevant Sales personnel  
  • Identify Targets which Sales should focus on to ensure Transaction Growth   
  • Collect regular customer feedback and be the customer advocate throughout the organization    
  • Professionally represent essDOCS at industry events, shows, customer meetings and workshops     
  • Travel to meet with assigned customers, when needed

The Candidate

  • 3+ years of work experience in B2B SaaS Account Management is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent English listening, verbal, and written skills. Additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese beneficial
  • Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues and customers (including colleagues in remote locations)
  • Excellent planning skills, proactive approach, strategic and forward thinking  
  • Customer-centric attitude, natural problem solver, attention to detail, passionate self-starter who is looking for a new challenge

Team Lead, Development

Location: essDOCS Athens Office (with approx. 6 weeks of training in London Office)

The Role

essDOCS is looking for an experienced Java Developer/Programmer - Spring MVC, Hibernate, who will recruit and lead a team of developers in our Greek office. The successful candidate will be an intelligent, intuitive, passionate, hardworking individual with experience working in highly secure, highly available operations with disaster recovery sites.

Day-to-Day

  • Recruits and provides leadership, direction, and development to a team of developers based in our Athens office.
  • Develops components for multiple tiers of a highly functional web application eg Web Front End, application business logic and data access layer.
  • Designs and develops quality components for Internet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.
  • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
  • Recommends toolset and architecture directions based on requirements and industry trends.
  • Designs and conducts tests.
  • Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of development approaches.
  • Updates job knowledge by researching new Internet/Intranet technologies and software products.
  • Enhances organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Project Manager

Location: essDOCS Singapore Office

Salary: Market salary based on experience

The Role

We are in the process of expanding our Product & Projects team in Singapore and are looking for an intelligent, passionate, hardworking self-starter with experience in IT Application Project Management.

The Product & Projects Team is responsible for: (i) delivering excellent product which increases user engagement and satisfaction;(ii) ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects to new customers. The Team’s goal is to drive usage and adoption, increase loyalty and retention, be the customer advocate and ensure customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day

End-to-end project management to successful live testing, including:

  • Take handover of new projects/trials from Sales, and manage project through end-to-end lifecycle; new bank onboardings are new projects handled by this team
  • Work closely with Customer Success Team throughout project lifecycle, including updates required to identify appropriate Go Live shipments
  • Depending on complexity of project, implement appropriate processes for identifying requirements, monitoring progress, communicating with customers, escalations, testing, etc.
  • Ensure projects are set-up and properly tracked in Dapulse
  • Manage customer expectations based on available current functionality 
  • Identify must have extensions required for Go Live, and any improvements and notify Product Board
  • Full handover to Shipment & Support Teams at end of Project by running at least 5 shipments in shadow
  • Create assets, including shipment and product workflows, videos, etc. for specific customers, trade routes or solutions as required by Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Execution and Support to assist these teams in providing better service to users and potential users
  • Communicate with other teams as relevant, including raising process improvements to Process Group, testing recommendations to QA, etc.

The Candidate

  • Must have excellent English and Mandarin listening, verbal and written skills (for work purposes)
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology with at least 8 years experience of IT Application Project Management
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
  • Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues and customers (including colleagues in remote locations)
  • Ambitious, quick learning, passionate self-starter who is looking for a new challenge
  • Singaporean and/or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
