The ESS-Databridge™ is an electronic document (eDocs) Exchange which allows Users to manage the entire range of original electronic shipping documents required to trade waterborne cargoes.

The ESS-Databridge™ provides document workflows based on industry best practices which have been produced together with the industry over the last 4 years.

The ESS-Databridge™ acts as a secure clearinghouse for Users' trade and shipping data. Trade data can either be uploaded to or extracted from the Exchange, connecting the ESS-Databridge™ directly to Users' scheduling, trading, shipping and other relevant systems.

The Exchange is secured with leading commercial cryptographic protection and authentication. It can be accessed through any data network, such as the internet, GPRS/3G phone networks or Inmarsat.
