ESS aims consistently to provide outstanding support to all customers. As such, we support all Users in-house, currently through ESS’s UK office. (The HelpDesk will transition to a follow-the-sun approach, over the next 18 months.)
Support is provided on the following basis:
- CargoDocs™ - 24/7/365
- Other Services – 9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday (UK time excluding regional holidays)
Our live HelpDesk is supplemented by training videos, user guides, quick guides and other resources, which are all available online via the ESS-Databridge™.
