eAD Overview

eAD simplfies the submission of electronic Administrative Documents (eADs) or Reports of Receipt (RoR) required under the Functional Specification (FS1) implementation of EMCS, the Excise Movement and Control System, which came into force in the European Union on 1 January 2011.  Our web-based service has been approved by the UK's HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).  For more information on this approval click here.
